Compartmentation Surveys

Our compartmentation surveys investigate the condition of fire-resisting walls, floors, service risers and accessible voids.

We identify visible defects, unsealed service penetrations and areas requiring further investigation, with findings recorded in a photographic report.

The survey may include visual inspection and agreed intrusive investigation. We set out access limitations and distinguish what has been inspected from areas that could not be assessed.
